Senior Financial Analyst at Alu

Own monthly revenue reporting: fees, collections, discounts, ageing.
Build revenue dashboards for senior leaders and the Board; translate data into narratives.
Track cohort revenue trends by programme, campus, scholarship, payment method.
Identify revenue risks and opportunities; present actionable recommendations.
Monitor collections vs targets; provide weekly/monthly summaries to Finance Ops.
Partner with Registrar and Enrolment to align forecasts with academic data.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or management reporting with business partnering.
Strong financial reporting and variance analysis; Board reporting.
Experience with revenue-generating operations: student fees, subscriptions, or project income.
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate finance for non-finance audiences.
Experience managing donor or grant reporting, including budget vs actuals and utilisation tracking.
ERP systems experience (NetSuite) and ability to work with large datasets.
