- Service a portfolio of 300 clients trading online via the EBO platform
- Act as ambassador for the product and service in customer-facing roles
- Liaise across internal departments to resolve client issues
- Manage enquiries across multiple platforms and currencies
- Adapt in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
🎯 Requirements
- Spanish fluency and professional English
- Strong client servicing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in busy workloads
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Interest in currency markets and FX knowledge
- Comfortable liaising with multiple internal departments to resolve issues
