📋 Description
- Manage corporate client portfolio; execute FX hedging, lending, payments.
- Collaborate with sales to originate business using Ebury’s product suite.
- Assess competitors to position Ebury Banking solutions.
- Hit KPIs: grow revenue, reduce churn, upsell and cross-sell.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; present ideas and updates.
- Expand existing business; provide feedback to tech/product teams.
- Originate new business via networking with existing clients for referrals.
🎯 Requirements
- Financial Services sales/relationship mgmt experience; established network.
- Experience in FX institution or bank; selling financial instruments to SMEs/corporates.
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
- Business or Finance degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication; ability to gain buy-in.
- Technical ability; statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management.
- Proven upselling/cross-selling and new client acquisition.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
