📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of regulatory reporting as a platform (data extraction to submission).
• Architect the end-to-end pipeline: data transformation, form generation, validation, and CI/CD.
• Drive multi-region expansion, turning new regs into platform extensions.
• Apply AI and agentic tooling to reduce toil and raise quality.
• Ensure auditability with traceable data, rules, and pipelines.
• Build and grow the team with cross-region engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior engineer/lead with end-to-end platform ownership.
• Strong backend or data engineering fundamentals across the stack.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory needs with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Ownership of full data product lifecycle including audit trails.
• Engineering rigor: data correctness, auditability, testing, reliability.
• Preferred: fintech background; multi-jurisdiction reg experience; LLM tooling.
