Senior Staff Product Designer - Customer Experience at Aurora Innovation

📋 Description

• Own the customer experience blueprint for the Aurora Driver
• Design web, mobile and partner integrations for customers
• Conduct research to generate actionable insights and drive decisions
• Create self serve recovery paths to resolve issues in under 5 minutes
• Ensure UX is familiar, intuitive, and integrated with ecosystems
• Lead and mentor one Product Designer and raise design practice

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design leading complex projects
• Experience formally managing other designers
• Portfolio showing end to end work for enterprise or mission critical systems
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture and UX research
• Experience with autonomous tech, hardware software products or logistics
• Demonstrated ability to use AI across the design lifecycle
