📋 Description
- Partner with Sales to map Proton's capabilities to customer workflows.
- Design technical proposals, diagrams, and architecture.
- Lead discovery sessions to surface integration requirements.
- Own solution design through the sales cycle; hand off to Implementation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
- Serve as a trusted technical voice for customers post-launch.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or pre-sales at a SaaS company.
- API integrations and data modeling; explain tech to non-technical buyers.
- ERP or distribution systems experience is a plus.
- Strong discovery, demo, and clear solution briefs.
- Used AI tools (Claude or similar) as part of your workflow.
- Low ego, high ownership; willing to build this function.
