• Build AI agents that run GTM workflows: enrichment, scoring, campaigns
• Own HubSpot: data models, automations, reporting; ship by Friday
• Build outbound automation and lead scoring in Clay; keep it simple
• Own CRM hygiene: dedupe, rules, governance; trusted data for dashboards
• Model lead-to-opportunity funnel; monitor pipeline health and forecasts
• Create revenue forecast models with defendable assumptions

🎯 Requirements

• Built revenue systems from scratch, not just maintained others
• HubSpot architecture/admin expert; opinions about associations
• Clay is muscle memory; describe Clay tables you're proud of
• Deep passion for AI; integrated AI into workflows
• Production experience with Claude or comparable models (automation, dashboards, agentic workflows)
• Strong data intuition and executive communication
