- Build a diverse, delivering pipeline for SME, corporate, and blue-chip clients.
- Lead generation and opportunity closing with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales plans to hit targets.
- Manage 360-degree sales cycle and client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to tailor Convera solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years B2B sales experience in international payments/financial services.
- Must be fluent in English (oral and written).
- Must be fluent in Polish.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce, Highspot) and MS Office.
- Strong negotiator with ability to close profitable deals.
