Finance - SPV Controllership - Associate at Stage

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end financial oversight of APAC SPVs and aggregators.
• Oversee third-party administrators; support monthly closes and trial balances.
• Review admin trial balances under SFRS, HKFRS, US GAAP, IFRS.
• Review impairment and going concern memos prepared by administrators.
• Validate data flows into Snowflake with mapping checks.
• Strengthen SPV governance: internal controls over reporting, intercompany, liquidity, admin oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate with 8-10 years of experience.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA qualification required.
• Private Equity fund administration or audit experience required.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent Excel skills and data analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally.
