Senior Associate, People Business Partner at Lalamove

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in HK and other markets, aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with People team and stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, screen, and assist selection.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth integration.
• Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to track progress.
• Coordinate career events to promote Lalamove to fresh graduates.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• At least 4 years in Talent Acquisition with prior business partnering experience.
• Strong understanding of TA strategies and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Self-driven and eager to take on new challenges.
