Senior Product Manager at Highbeam

📋 Description

• Own the Intelligence product surface across banking, bill pay, cards, and treasury.
• Define how AI shows up in financial workflows (automation vs control).
• Ship core agentic workflows (automated AP, treasury optimization).
• Drive weekly product velocity: specs → build → QA → launch.
• Run continuous customer insight loops and translate into product decisions.
• Own 0→1 product definition in ambiguous areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years PM experience; early-stage operator (PM #1-5 at Series A-C).
• Comfortable with AI tools for iteration and product validation.
• Has built AI/LLM products as the core experience.
• Strong product builder: writes specs, QA tests, ships end-to-end.
• High velocity, comfortable shipping weekly in ambiguous environments.
• Deep customer development instincts (regular user conversations, synthesis).
