• Implement and operate customer workflows across cash management and bill pay.
• Work hands-on with the agentic platform; tune behavior and outputs.
• Partner with Product to translate patterns into autonomous workflows.
• Prototype AI-powered workflows; test ideas quickly and ship winners.
• Solve ambiguous financial problems and design scalable workflows.
• Engage customers directly to optimize cash and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing, strategy & operations or product role
• Strong analytical thinking; break down ambiguous financial problems
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor
• BA or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, CS, or related field
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets modeling and analysis
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
