  • Partner with clients to drive digital training on 360Learning.
  • Map objectives, audit usage, identify opportunities.
  • Support contract renewals by delivering outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources across technical and educational teams.
  • Develop use cases and grow the account over time.
  • Build trust with sponsors and expand advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Customer Success role
  • Experience in HR Tech or Learning SaaS
  • SaaS industry experience
  • Knowledge of CS KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
