🎯 Requirements
- 1-3+ years in client-facing or BD role (B2B or professional services).
- Proven lead gen and appointment setting via cold calls, emails, networking.
- German fluency and strong English; written and verbal.
- CRM experience and pipeline management; data-driven.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Proactive, resilient, and collaborative; able to work in diverse teams.
