🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management, and accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 10-15 kg and stand for long shifts.
• Flexible with rotating roster including weekends.
• Experience reviewing budgets, reporting, and metrics.
