- Investigate sales opportunities and escalate process gaps with GM.
- Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
- Build daily client relationships to drive loyalty.
- Ensure floor coverage and lead store-wide selling initiatives.
- Lead with accountability, coaching, and talent development.
- Partner with GM to execute service strategy and budget.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
- Independent work ethic, time management, and accountability.
- Ability to lift up to 10-15 kg and stand for long shifts.
- Flexible with rotating roster including weekends.
- Experience reviewing budgets, reporting, and metrics.
