- Lead store sales and guest experience strategy with GM.
- Manage Sales & Service team, coaching to deliver exceptional guest experience.
- Build client relationships and daily guest engagement.
- Ensure floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
- Partner with GM to implement Sales & Service strategy.
- Oversee store operations to stay clean, safe, and efficient.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Agile with multitasking in a changing environment
- Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles
- Independent work ethic, time management and accountability
