📋 Description

• Own the strategy, vision and roadmap from discovery through GTM.
• Translate market, customer and competitor insights into a product vision.
• Coordinate engineering, research, design, marketing and sales to scale.
• Lead and grow a high-performing product team; set the bar for product craft.
• Partner with VP Product and executives to shape strategy and investments.
• Drive cross-functional alignment behind a shared roadmap.

• Proven track record leading product strategy in high-growth tech.
• Experience aligning engineering, research, design, marketing and GTM.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and influence.
• Experience with PLG or self-serve products and developer experience.
• Data-driven decisions using market, customer and competitor insights.
