Staff Product Manager at Conga

📋 Description

• Define and deliver core platform capabilities powering Conga products.
• Bridge engineering and business teams to define APIs, integrations, and services.
• Collaborate with architecture to evolve APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Own the platform roadmap; plan releases; manage cross-team dependencies.
• Balance internal needs with external extensibility and stakeholder trade-offs.
• Define developer experiences and governance for ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PM in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing B2B SaaS.
• Proven API ownership: APIs, integration frameworks, or shared platform services.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data movement with orchestration (ADF) and schema mgmt.
• API design with REST, GraphQL, webhooks; auth; scalable models.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
