📋 Description

• Provide Global Technical Support for Conga CRM products.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and identify root causes to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely resolutions to meet customer SLAs and needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep customers productive.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of technical support experience.
• Prefer Salesforce, .NET, or Java background.
• Knowledge of workflows, security settings, sharing rules, profiles, and permissions.
• Advanced SQL scripting required; SFDC is a must and Java/.NET a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
