📋 Description
- Provide Global Technical Support for Conga CRM products.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and identify root causes to resolve issues.
- Ensure timely resolutions to meet customer SLAs and needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep customers productive.
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years of technical support experience.
- Prefer Salesforce, .NET, or Java background.
- Knowledge of workflows, security settings, sharing rules, profiles, and permissions.
- Advanced SQL scripting required; SFDC is a must and Java/.NET a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
