- Own your SMB territory in the UKI and Benelux region
- Build net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound execution
- Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calling, email, LinkedIn
- Run discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects
- Handover qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking in HubSpot
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, sales)
- Commercial training or a Bachelor's degree
- Strong ownership mindset; responsible for targets
- Excellent English (CEFR C2)
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach
- High energy, persistence, and comfort with rejection
- Structured, disciplined working style
- Data-driven mindset; KPI focus
