Global Director of Logistics & Fulfilment at Too Good To Go

📋 Description

• Build and scale a global fulfillment network (strategy + execution)
• Own 3PL/carrier ecosystem and governance
• Lead monthly S&OP, demand planning, and inventory discipline
• Define partner standards: SOPs, WMS, ERP integrations
• Lead global logistics org across markets
• Drive cross-functional initiatives (country launches, system changes)

🎯 Requirements

• Senior logistics/fulfillment leadership with ecommerce/CPG exp
• Multi-country ops with 3PLs and carrier partners
• Warehouse process design and optimization (pick/pack, repack, layout)
• Cross-border/pan-European parcel network experience
• Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus
• Strong analytics: KPIs, dashboards, S&OP, capacity planning
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision leadership
