• Designing enterprise architectures for North deployments.
• Deep dives on customer queries and Cohere tech.
• Facilitating customer evaluations and pilots.
• Developing scalable processes for the Solutions Architect team.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to align offerings with customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales experience
• Passion for Generative AI and LLMs
• Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training/evaluation)
• Excellent communication across CEOs and technical audiences
• Thrives in ambiguous/unstructured environments
• Comfortable with Python and Assistive Coding tools
• Preferred: Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI
• Must have native-level Arabic
