On-site Support Analyst, Level 1/2 - Centrered IT at LyraTech Group

📋 Description

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support for escalated issues.
• Maintain core infrastructure: servers, M365, backup, patching.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network gear (firewalls, routers, switches).
• Support secure ICT environments following security guidelines.
• Perform problem analysis and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex issues and improve service.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in IT support
• 2+ years supporting M365 Environments
• 2+ years supporting Azure environments
• Certificate III in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Windows 10 / 11 administration and support.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills, with the ability to support and share knowledge with team members.
