📋 Description

• Build AI agents and workflows for real-world use cases
• Design tool-use patterns for safe backend interactions
• Develop retrieval, structured outputs, prompts, guardrails, and monitoring
• Collaborate with product and design for trustworthy AI UX
• Connect AI workflows to real system data with backend/edge engineers
• Measure AI performance: task completion, accuracy, safety, value
• Support demos, pilots, and iterations from customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building AI, LLM, agentic, or automation systems
• Strong programming in Python or TypeScript
• Experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, retrieval, and production AI workflows
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration, AI evaluation
• Ability to build reliable, useful, maintainable AI systems
• English fluency required
