📋 Description

• Lead strategy, execution, and growth of HighLevel’s Phone Platform.
• Define roadmap for CPaaS, Billing, and phone products.
• Own end-to-end product development from discovery to launch.
• Manage backlog, prioritization, and sprint planning across initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Shape pricing, monetization and account lifecycle across channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management in SaaS, CPaaS, fintech, telecom.
• Proven track record shipping customer-facing and platform products.
• Experience managing roadmaps, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong product discovery, user research, experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetisation or usage-based models.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, BI tools, dashboards.
