Product Manager (Agile Delivery & Roadmap Execution) at Agent

📋 Description

• Fractional PM to execute against our product roadmap.
• Translate strategy into well-defined, sequenced work that ships.
• Connect Head of Product with Behavioral Science, UX, Eng, Data.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Track delivery progress, flag risks early, keep stakeholders informed.
• Drive product quality and cross-team coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PM/PO in health tech or consumer digital products.
• Independent, able to drive execution with minimal oversight.
• Strong command of agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog mgmt, release.
• Excellent written communication and async collaboration; clarity first.
• Hands-on with Linear, Figma, Slack; cross-functional with design/eng/data.
• Bonus: experience with behavior change products, digital therapeutics, GLP-1/metabolic health.
