📋 Description

• Translate product vision into a prioritized roadmap with the Head of Product.
• Break roadmaps into epics, stories, and tasks in Linear.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews with Engineering.
• Track delivery, flag risks early, keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Science, UX, Engineering, and Data Analytics.
• Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management/ownership, health tech or consumer digital.
• Independent and capable of driving execution with minimal oversight.
• Strong agile delivery: sprint planning, stories, backlog, release.
• Excellent written communication and async collaboration.
• Hands-on with Linear, Figma, and Slack.
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data, and science.
