  • Lead, coach, and mentor a Patient Support Associates team
  • Ensure medications are delivered on time and without barriers
  • Collaborate with hospital stakeholders through regular meetings
  • Drive performance, engagement, and development of the team
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, PTO, and time reporting (ADP)

🎯 Requirements

  • Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration (state-specific)
  • National certification (CPhT) required
  • 3+ years pharmacy technician experience (specialty pharmacy preferred)
  • Prior leadership experience (formal or informal) strongly preferred
  • Leadership/management training (preferred)
