- Lead, coach, and mentor a Patient Support Associates team
- Ensure medications are delivered on time and without barriers
- Collaborate with hospital stakeholders through regular meetings
- Drive performance, engagement, and development of the team
- Manage staffing, scheduling, PTO, and time reporting (ADP)
🎯 Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration (state-specific)
- National certification (CPhT) required
- 3+ years pharmacy technician experience (specialty pharmacy preferred)
- Prior leadership experience (formal or informal) strongly preferred
- Leadership/management training (preferred)
