• Lead a 8-10 person direct sales team (BDR + AE) for SMB/Commercial.
• Meet and exceed plan for new logos and ARR.
• Recruit and retain top sales talent.
• Leverage SFDC, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach to build pipeline.
• Forecast ARR monthly and quarterly to track performance.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard new AEs and develop talent.
