🎯 Requirements

• Experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
• Sourcing talent at startups/agencies; tech sourcing preferred
• Experience advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Build strong relationships with leaders; manage pipeline updates
• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
