📋 Description

• Own day-to-day finance function for multi-entity SaaS/hardware.
• Oversee month-/quarter-end close across US, EMEA, MX, AU.
• Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition for multi-element deals.
• Own annual audit relationship and audit readiness year-round.
• Build internal control framework toward SOC 2 readiness.
• Lead finance systems roadmap: Xero, Salesforce, Avalara, Aleph, Ramp.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in finance with 3+ years in leadership at SaaS/tech.
• Deep US multi-state tax compliance experience.
• Hands-on ASC 606 revenue recognition experience.
• Track record building or improving month-end close processes.
• Experience managing distributed onshore + offshore teams.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
