📋 Description

• Perform QC reviews across regions, projects, and milestones to identify issues.
• Provide technical assistance: code, accessibility, zoning analysis; coordinate drawings and details.
• Conduct QC reviews during production to ensure quality of construction documents.
• Participate in QA/QC kickoff meetings to define Quality Management needs and scope.
• Maintain technical and code expertise to support teams and reduce risk.
• Mentor staff on technical requirements, WM standards, and building codes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Interior Design and/or Architecture.
• Strong communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of model/state building codes and accessibility standards.
• Extensive experience in project management, construction, and detailing.
• Bluebeam, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word; Revit, AutoCAD, Excel preferred.
• Ability to present effectively to small or large groups is preferred.
