📋 Description
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer programs, onboarding, milestones, SLA management.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks across Operations, Product, and Engineering.
- Partner with commercial and partnerships to align timelines and SLAs with capabilities.
- Serve as primary program contact for customers and partners; lead engagements, reporting, QBRs, and issue resolution.
- Build and scale program delivery infrastructure, including playbooks, escalation protocols, and reporting.
- Translate contracts into actionable operational plans with cross-functional execution.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with contractual commitments and SLAs.
- Strong program delivery ownership and accountability for execution against commitments.
- Experience working directly in the field and resolving operational issues onsite.
- Comfortable operating in remote, physically demanding environments and around heavy equipment.
- Proven ability to coordinate across Operations, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
- Experience building or shaping program management, delivery, or customer engagement functions from the ground up.
