• 6+ years in product management with leadership.
• Experience leading hardware and software products.
• Strong systems thinker across technical, operational, and customer domains.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and architecture teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communicator; prefer experience in industrial tech/forestry.
