GTM Operations Analyst (Contractor) at Capsule

📋 Description
- Run HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Enterprise (properties, workflows, lifecycle)
- Develop ICP gating, lifecycle scoring, nurture and reactivation flows, MQL-to-SQL quality.
- Stand up the intent data layer and wire signals into HubSpot for buying activity.
- Build AI workflows with Claude Code; ship skills that automate SOPs.
- Partner with the VP of Ops to support Demand Gen, SDR, Sales, and CS.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing ops, sales ops, RevOps, or GTM at a B2B SaaS.
- HubSpot admin chops; built lifecycle, scoring, attribution, and reporting.
- Hands-on with Claude Code or equivalent AI tooling; shipped skills/automations.
- Amplitude (or Mixpanel/Heap) for product-led growth; instrument events, pipe signals to GTM.
- Proficient with GTM tools: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong, Notion, BigQuery.
- SQL to pull data; Python or JS for scripting when no-code runs out.
- Bias to action; automate tasks rather than repeat.
