🎯 Requirements

• Senior executive from a regulated financial institution
• CEO/MD/GM of payments, wallet, banking or fintech
• Former regulator or policymaker with deep financial services exec exp
• Senior exec from major HK bank, digital bank, payment company, or fintech infra
• Credible with HKMA and broader HK financial ecosystem
• Experience building or scaling consumer fintech products
