- Develop and nurture talent pipelines via research, outreach, and engagement.

- Use market data and talent mapping to target sourcing channels.

- Experience in high-volume sourcing or recruiting.
- Boolean search; platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, Metaview.
- Experience building campaigns to engage passive talent.
- Strong written communication for outreach.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking.
