• Define and institutionalise ALU’s academic governance standards and policies.
• Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs across all academic offerings.
• Define and implement measures of success for academics and students.
• Build systems to track, analyse, and report quality data for decisions.
• Oversee Registrar's Office and student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation.
• Lead governance, compliance, and accreditation across jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15+ years in leadership in higher education/governance.
• Proven governance design/implementation experience.
• Registrar or student services experience.
• Lead accreditation/regulatory compliance; track KPIs.
• Global accreditation or rankings experience.
• Leadership: strategic thinking, systems mindset, collaboration, accountability, student-centricity.
