- Define and institutionalise ALU’s academic governance standards and policies.
- Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs across all academic offerings.
- Define and implement measures of success for academics and students.
- Build systems to track, analyse, and report quality data for decisions.
- Oversee Registrar's Office and student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation.
- Lead governance, compliance, and accreditation across jurisdictions.
🎯 Requirements
- 12-15+ years in leadership in higher education/governance.
- Proven governance design/implementation experience.
- Registrar or student services experience.
- Lead accreditation/regulatory compliance; track KPIs.
- Global accreditation or rankings experience.
- Leadership: strategic thinking, systems mindset, collaboration, accountability, student-centricity.
