• Black box reverse engineering to identify bottlenecks and optimize.
• Experimentation & Prototyping: design and test ideas; build quick prototypes.
• Collaboration & Communication: liaise with traders, engineers, and infra teams.
• System Analysis: analyse terabytes of network data to optimise performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Linux, systems, and networking.
• Experience with reverse engineering, kernel tuning, optimization.
• Python and/or C++/Java programming.
• Familiarity with low-latency hardware: Intel CPUs, FPGA, microwave links.
• Understanding of complex networks and networking stacks.
• Hands-on performance tuning and system optimization.
