📋 Description

• Own the team backlog for one Fusion product area.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI and customers to define value.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, and internal LLMs to speed discovery and delivery.
• Lead PI and Iteration Planning; refine backlog and estimates.
• Draft release notes, user guides, and SME communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner, BA, or similar Agile roles.
• Experience managing backlog, writing user stories, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.
• Proficient with AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini.
• Translate customer needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Technical fluency to discuss solutions with engineers.
• Fluent English for global collaboration.
