📋 Description

• Design and build scalable data models and pipelines using dbt to transform raw data into clean
• Define and implement a robust semantic layer to standardize metrics and data products.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver dashboards and analytical tools for business health.
• Establish data modeling standards for accuracy, performance, usability.
• Design tracking plans for new product surfaces with downstream analytics in mind.
• Own the product event tracking strategy, including naming, schemas, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Analytics/Data Engineering or related field.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, Python, Snowflake.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker/Omni or similar).
• Strong metrics definition and data consistency skills.
• GitHub, CI/CD, and modern development workflows familiarity.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
