📋 Description

• Handle L2 IT escalations across time zones
• Admin tools, access provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding
• Incident response for phishing, malware, and account issues
• Automation and integrations to reduce manual work
• Mentor L1 and maintain runbooks and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years IT support experience, 3–5 years at L2/Sysadmin
• MacOS administration and end-user troubleshooting
• Strong Google Workspace admin skills
• Security incident handling knowledge
• Identity and access management with SSO/SAML/SCIM
• Documentation skills and mentoring capability
