📋 Description

• Own P2P Events within the Peer-to-Peer product line.
• Hands-on role: discovery, definition, delivery, launch, iteration.
• Collaborate with PM for broader P2P, serving nonprofits, donors, partners.
• Not an event-planning or project-management role.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area.
• Strong judgment to focus scope and trade-offs.
• Experience turning customer evidence into decisions.
• Clear written communication on requirements, metrics, decisions.
• Ability to work with multi-actor workflows and data relations.
