• Meet account KPIs and recruitment activity targets
• Advise hiring managers on trends and market intelligence
• Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues
• Manage requisitions with compliant documentation
• Forecast recruitment activity and volumes

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR
• Behavioural-based interviewing experience
• Managing multiple searches and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using an ATS
