• Design scalable partner readiness architectures that support Everpure's global partner ecosystem.
• Define partner learning objectives, competency models, and knowledge structures aligned to partner
• Identify what partners need to know, understand, and be able to do to succeed.
• Translate product launches and solution updates into structured partner readiness frameworks.
• Structure content to support both traditional learning experiences and AI-powered knowledge
• Design modular, reusable learning objects optimized for digital learning, instructor-led training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Educational
• Demonstrable experience in learning architecture, technical partner enablement, systems
• Proven experience supporting enterprise technology solutions such as storage, cloud, cybersecurity
• Proven track record of enabling global partner ecosystems across multiple routes to market.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical information into structured knowledge and
