📋 Description

• Fund administration and client service delivery
• Generate accurate fund administration deliverables and oversee team output
• Partner with product development team to launch automation improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Review waterfall distributions and capital calls/contributions
• Manage and mentor team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of fund accounting experience in venture capital, growth equity, or private equity
• 2+ years managing a team of fund accountants
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial statements preparation, and LP reporting
• Experience with fund structures (SPVs, GP, blocker, parallel, etc.)
• Proficiency with SOC 1 and SOC 2 controls
