Experience working as a Business Analyst within a software or digital product environment.
Strong Agile experience, including Scrum, Kanban and user story development.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience defining KPIs, success measures and product outcomes.
Ability to coach or mentor others and share best practice.
Strong Excel and SQL skills, with experience using data to support decision making.
