Support the Planning (Dispatching) and Installation team with day-to-day operational tasks
Creating service calls in the system based on customer requests
Coordinating with field technicians regarding their schedules and assignments
Assisting the logistics team with daily monitoring and follow-up of operational routines
Supporting cross-functional initiatives to resolve operational issues
Coordinating the planning and scheduling of installations and project rollouts
