• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers, setting clear performance expectations and

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
• Must have prior experience managing a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with an ability to quickly develop and
