Senior Scrum Master (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Increase agile maturity of teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Improve collaboration within and between teams
• Guide complex transformation initiatives within a SAFe organization
• Increase predictability, flow, and customer value
• Identify and resolve structural impediments at team, process, and organizational level
• Coach and develop teams and their Product Owners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience coaching at least three teams simultaneously
• Experience in complex IT and business environments
• Excellent Dutch language skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in a SAFe environment or similar scaled agile framework
• Minimum PSM II certification
